The Mind and Brain Health Knowledge Hub brings together a dynamic and inclusive community of researchers, practitioners, and lived-experience experts to transform outcomes in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). By bridging the gap between mental and brain health, we promote a holistic approach, recognising that mental health cannot be fully understood or improved without also addressing the neurological and biological aspects of brain health.
The hub's mission is to support innovative, evidence-based research across the spectrum of mind and brain health, especially where evidence is limited or lacking. The hub acts as a portal to access a range of knowledge hubs, resources and training across The Global Health Network and collaborating partners.
The Mind-Brain hub champions a culture of openness and collective learning, drawing from the vast experience of the network's global membership. By amplifying lived experiences and field-based insights, we aim to build consensus on research priorities, close skill gaps, and drive uptake of effective policies and interventions.
This hub serves not only as a repository of knowledge, but as a catalyst for action, advancing innovative research and impactful knowledge exchange in the pursuit of improved mind and brain health research globally.
